Property Development Contract

Under the joint interest mandate of a Property Development Project, a project manager assigns GCC Group, who therefore becomes the developer, to carry out their programme.
Being responsible for the project supervision, administrative and contracting, GCC ensures that it is successfully completed according to the agreed price and quality.

Sale Before Completion

Under a Sale Before Completion contract GCC Group, as the developer, transfers the ownership of the land and future buildings to the purchaser. GCC maintains its responsibilities as the purchaser contracting party until final acceptance; its teams are therefore responsible for all of the project development, design and construction, delivery and after-sales service.
The Property Development Division examines all types of projects: offices, retail stores, traditional housing, student accommodation, retirement homes, hotels, etc.
